The position offers a predictable schedule and a single direct rate of pay. Part-time schedules are available in 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. New hires receive a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, BCAT exam review, and coverage of exam fees. Candidates are expected to obtain the BCAT credential within 90 days of their start date.
