Cortica is hiring dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide behavior-analytic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and a transdisciplinary, developmental approach to help children build skills and relationships that carry across home, school, and community settings. The position includes a two-week, fully paid, in-person orientation with hands-on training. Behavior Technicians receive ongoing training and coaching from Lead BTs, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and ABA Supervisors, and collaborate with families, clinicians, and experts in fields including speech-language therapy, music therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Career growth opportunities include advancement toward a BCBA role, the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, or a corporate support role. The role requires consistent travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. Schedules are described as predictable, with part-time options of five, three, or two days per week and opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays.
