About The Position

Cortica is hiring dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide play-based, behavior-analytic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and evidence-based practices to support children’s development and meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians work with families and a transdisciplinary clinical team, including BCBAs and experts in speech-language, music, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as counselors, pediatricians, neurologists, and nurse practitioners. The role offers a predictable schedule with a single direct rate of pay. Part-time schedules are available in 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. New hires receive a fully paid, two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training. Pay is $23.62 to $31.69 per hour, based on experience and education.
