About The Position

Cortica is hiring dedicated, compassionate Behavioral Interventionists to provide life-changing care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model, combining neuroscience and developmental models to help children build on their abilities and develop skills that generalize across home, school, and community settings. Behavioral Interventionists provide both one-to-one and group services, implementing positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA and using evidence-based practices to support meaningful progress for children and families. The position includes a two-week, fully paid, in-person orientation with hands-on training, ongoing professional development, and coaching from Lead BTs, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and ABA Supervisors. Team members collaborate with families, clinicians, and professionals across disciplines, including speech-language, music, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as counseling, pediatrics, neurology, and nursing. Career growth options include advancing to a BCBA role, progressing on the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, or moving into a corporate support role. The job offers a pay range of $20.87–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Part-time schedules are available in flexible two-, three-, or five-day-per-week options, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. A post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review are required.
