Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach that builds on each child’s unique abilities and supports skills and relationships across home, school, and community settings. Technicians work collaboratively with families, BCBAs, and other clinicians in a transdisciplinary care model. The position offers a predictable schedule and a single direct rate of pay. Part-time schedules are available in 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. Cortica provides a three-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, BCAT exam review, and coverage of exam fees. Employees are expected to obtain the BCAT credential within 90 days of their start date. The role requires regular travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation, and successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
