Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model, combining neuroscience and developmental approaches to help children build skills and relationships that transfer across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians collaborate with families and clinicians to develop individualized care plans and work alongside experts in other disciplines to support the whole child. The position offers part-time schedules with flexible 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options, as well as opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. Training includes a fully paid, two-week in-person orientation with hands-on training. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. A post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review are required.
