About The Position
Brighter Strides ABA is hiring caring, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role helps children build skills, gain independence, and reach their goals. RBTs work in clients’ homes and receive ongoing guidance and support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle and transportation.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Willingness to complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes.
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and enter session data electronically.
- Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families.
