About The Position
Brighter Strides ABA is seeking caring, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role supports children in building skills, gaining independence, and reaching individualized goals. RBTs receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts, along with training and opportunities for professional growth. Flexible scheduling is available, with full-time and part-time opportunities. The posting title mentions training provided and 2–6 PM.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle and transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and enter session data electronically.
- Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families.
