About The Position

This full-time W2 employment position for a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) is in a school setting in Bel Air, Maryland, with a start date of March 2, 2026, or as soon as possible. The pay is $25-$28/hour, based on experience and licensure status, for elementary-aged populations, working Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (school hours). Requirements

• Hands-on CPR Certification - Adults and Infants (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow behavior plans and take feedback from supervisors
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations, required

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
• Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation
