About The Position
Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy across Northern Virginia (Woodbridge, Alexandria, Falls Church, McLean). This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule. As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver ABA therapy under the guidance of a supervising BCBA, helping children improve behaviors that interfere with daily living and supporting the development of key life skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation within Northern Virginia
Nice To Haves
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- RBT certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
- Follow BCBA treatment plans
- Collect and record session data
- Participate in supervision and meetings
- Communicate with families and caregivers
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
