About The Position

At Autism 360, Behavior Technicians (RBT Trainees) work 1-on-1 with children with autism in a play-based therapy setting, combining ABA therapy with hands-on farm learning. The role involves helping children learn, grow, and build confidence by developing life skills in both therapy center and outdoor farm environments. The company provides full RBT training and certification support, paying individuals to get certified. It's a purpose-driven role for energetic, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with kids and animals, aiming to make a real impact on children's and families' lives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using technology
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• No allergies to small farm animals or outdoor environment

Responsibilities
