About The Position
Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians in Edinburg and surrounding Shenandoah Valley areas of Virginia. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision and support children with autism in building critical life and communication skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation within the Edinburg area
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience preferred
- RBT preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans
- Record data accurately
- Participate in supervision
- Communicate with families and team members
