About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to join their ABA clinic in Plymouth, MA. Requirements

• Active RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT course (training and support provided if not certified yet)
• Hands-on CPR Certification required
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Reliable transportation required
• MMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations - REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Background in mental health, child development, or education preferred
• Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
• Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation
