About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is hiring an entry-level Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism. The role offers paid training, support toward RBT certification, mentorship and clinical support from BCBAs, and career advancement pathways. ABA experience is not required.

Requirements

• Be compassionate and patient, and enjoy working with children.
• Be reliable and have strong communication skills.
• Be a team player eager to learn and grow.
• Have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus but not required.
• Background in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism.
• Implement individualized treatment programs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families.
• Support positive behavior change in homes, schools, and community settings.
