About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) partners with schools to provide ABA support for students with Autism and other developmental needs. The Behavior Technician provides school-based support at school sites throughout Glendale, California, helping students participate successfully in the educational environment. The role offers hands-on experience for people pursuing careers in ABA, Psychology, Education, or Special Education, with paid training, RBT certification support, BCBA mentorship, and ongoing clinical support. The position follows consistent school-day schedules aligned with the school calendar, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• ABA experience is a plus but is not required.
• Applicants studying Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, Special Education, or related majors are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in school settings.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Support students’ communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
• Help students participate successfully in classroom activities.
• Collect data and document progress throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, supervisors, and families.
• Promote positive behaviors and student success in the educational environment.
