Cortica is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide behavior-analytic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Technicians deliver one-to-one and group services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, and use evidence-based practices to support meaningful progress for children and families. The role includes documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting. The position includes a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training. Technicians work within a transdisciplinary, strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming care model and collaborate with families, clinicians, and experts across disciplines. Career development opportunities include advancement to a BCBA role, progression on the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, or corporate support roles. The employer describes predictable scheduling and part-time options of five, three, or two days per week, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
