About The Position

ABLE Kids is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children ages 2–6. The role involves helping children develop meaningful life skills through compassion, science, and teamwork. RBT certification is not required at hire; the company provides and pays for the 40-hour training and exam. The position offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week and is based at one of ABLE Kids’ clinic locations in the Augusta region.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Reliable attendance and transportation.
RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training.
Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children.
Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training.

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions.
Teach communication, social, and self-help skills, including toileting skills.
Follow treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
Partner with families to support children’s progress at home.
Track data and recognize children’s milestones.
Help maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment.
