About The Position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works one-on-one with children in clinic and/or in-home settings in Augusta, Georgia, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role delivers compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children build essential skills, achieve greater independence, and make progress in environments where they feel comfortable. The position involves working with families and the clinical team to align therapy with real-life goals and support meaningful behavior change.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Nice To Haves

• TRICARE certification.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in-home settings.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and clinical team.
