Cortica is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide life-changing care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model, combining neuroscience and developmental approaches to help children build abilities, relationships, and skills that carry across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The role includes a comprehensive, fully paid, two-week in-person orientation with hands-on training. Candidates must be able to travel reliably between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius. The position requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
