Coyne & Associates is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide hands-on, one-to-one services to children ages 1–12 with developmental delays or autism in their homes. Technicians bring lesson plans to life, track progress and session details, and coach caregivers in incorporating ABA strategies into everyday routines. Formal experience as a behavior technician is not required, but candidates must meet one of the stated education and experience pathways. Coyne provides hands-on training led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with trainees paid their full rate during training. The role offers flexible hours, including part-time and Saturday work, and opportunities for professional development. After six months, technicians may have the opportunity to grow into a Trainer role.
