Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model that builds on each child’s abilities and supports skills and relationships across home, school, and community settings. Care is informed by neuroscience and developmental models and delivered collaboratively with families and clinicians. The position includes a four-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training and coverage of exam fees. Behavior Technicians work with BCBAs and professionals in fields such as speech-language therapy, music therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, pediatrics, neurology, and nursing. Cortica offers ongoing professional development, coaching, and opportunities to advance through a Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, into a BCBA role, or into corporate support.
