Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids
About The Position
We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Full-time availability Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Reliability, including consistent attendance and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Resilience and compassion.
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly.

- Experience working with children.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), following individualized treatment plans.
- Engage children in skill-building activities through play and connection, creating a safe environment for them to learn and grow.
- Track and document session progress using ABA technology.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for all children.
- Prepare for and obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within the first 45 days of employment.
