The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, with individualized care plans developed in collaboration with families and clinicians. Behavior Technicians work alongside professionals across disciplines to support children’s development and help them build skills that carry over to home, school, and community settings. The position includes a three-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training. Team members receive ongoing coaching and professional development, with opportunities to advance through the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, pursue a BCBA role, or move into a corporate support role. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
