Cortica is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide play-based, strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses neuroscience and developmental models to help children build skills and positive relationships that generalize across home, school, and community settings. Technicians provide direct services in one-to-one and group settings, implement behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and work with families and supervisors to support treatment goals. The position requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. It includes a three-week, in-person orientation with paid training and certification.
