Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach that builds on each child’s abilities and supports skills and relationships across home, school, and community settings. Care is informed by neuroscience and developmental models and delivered in collaboration with families and clinicians. Technicians provide individual and group services, implement behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, document treatment data, and work with families and supervisors to support meaningful progress. The role involves traveling between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. Cortica provides a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, ongoing professional development, expert coaching, and career advancement opportunities. Part-time schedules are available in flexible five-, three-, or two-day-per-week options, with opportunities to pick up additional Saturday hours.
