Cortica is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide play-based, strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role includes providing one-to-one and group services, implementing behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, collecting session data, and collaborating with families and supervisors. Technicians help children build on their individual strengths and develop skills that can transfer across home, school, and community settings. The position involves traveling between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. Cortica provides a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, ongoing professional development, and coaching from clinical supervisors and Lead Behavior Technicians. The role is part-time, with flexible options to work two, three, or five days per week, and opportunities to pick up additional Saturday hours. Pay ranges from $21.73 to $29.15 per hour, based on experience and education.
