About The Position

Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model, combining neuroscience and developmental approaches to help children build on their abilities and develop skills and positive relationships that generalize across home, school, and community settings. Cortica offers fully paid, two-week in-person orientation and hands-on training, ongoing professional development, coaching, and opportunities for career advancement. The posting describes part-time schedules with flexible options of two, three, or five days per week, plus opportunities to pick up additional Saturday hours.
