About The Position

At Kind Behavioral Health, you’ll work in a team-oriented, clinic-based environment with lower BCBA caseloads, giving you more access to guidance, coaching, and real-time support. With over 20 years of experience serving children and families in North Carolina, we bring a proven, well-established ABA therapy model to every clinic, now expanding into Georgia. This role offers a consistent schedule and stable hours designed to reduce cancellations and lost time, with no weekends required. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), implement behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on client progress, interact with clients and caregivers, and create engaging learning environments. The position emphasizes a team-based culture, collaboration, and growth opportunities with a four-level RBT career path and structured fieldwork program.

Requirements

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days – paid training provided)
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and responding quickly to movement as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team
