Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Clinic Based
About The Position
Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Elkhorn center. We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Michelle Kuhn, ensuring a clinical culture that truly prioritizes employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care. As an RBT working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. You will support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. You will use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
- Able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
