Registered Behavior Technician (Clinic Based RBT)
About The Position
Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Carrollton center. This is a clinic-based role where RBTs work one-on-one with children with Autism. The company is BCBA-D owned and operated, emphasizing a clinical culture that prioritizes employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care. The position offers a consistent center-based schedule with no evening or weekend requirements, eliminating the need for in-home driving and unpaid travel time. RBTs will receive direct clinical mentorship from BCBAs and have structured semi-annual growth evaluations for compensation and performance.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
- Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
- Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
- Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
