About The Position

Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Benson area clinic. This role involves working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors, enhancing daily living skills, and improving communication. The position emphasizes supporting neurodiversity, providing compassionate, assent-based care, and prioritizing client needs. Responsibilities include using a tablet for data collection and writing progress notes. Galliant is BCBA-D owned and operated, fostering a clinical culture that supports employees, encourages continuous learning, and promotes neurodiversity-affirming care.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
