About The Position

Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Gretna center. This is a clinic-based role where you will work one-on-one with children with Autism. The company is BCBA-D owned and operated, ensuring a clinical culture that prioritizes employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care. The mission is to create excellent clinical outcomes while working closely within clients' systems of support, including parent collaboration and coordination of care with other providers.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
  • Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
  • Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

  • Daytime Center-Based Schedule: No evening or weekend requirements.
  • Predictable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM).
