At Kind Behavioral Health, you’ll work in a team-oriented, clinic-based environment with lower BCBA caseloads, giving you more access to guidance, coaching, and real-time support. With over 20 years of experience serving children and families in North Carolina, we bring a proven, well-established ABA therapy model to every clinic, now expanding into Georgia. This role offers a consistent schedule and stable hours designed to reduce cancellations and lost time, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekends required. You will receive in-person BCBA supervision, providing real-time coaching and support throughout your day. The clinic-based environment allows you to work alongside your team, fostering a collaborative and team-based culture where you can collaborate, learn, and grow with peers and clinicians. We focus on a high-quality, ethical ABA therapy model that prioritizes the well-being of both clients and clinicians.
