About The Position

Precious Care ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes. The role focuses on helping children communicate, build independence, and develop meaningful skills. The technician implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, works closely with families and clinical staff, and collects and documents progress data. The position offers flexible scheduling, with this listing focused on a PM case in Parsippany and availability for at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children.
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
• Open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs.

• Already holding RBT certification.

Responsibilities
