About The Position

Precious Care ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes in the Bordentown area. The role focuses on helping clients communicate, build independence, and develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. The Behavior Technician implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collects data, documents progress, and works closely with BCBAs and families. The employer offers flexible scheduling, with this case requiring availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours. Clients are matched near the employee’s home when possible.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children.
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
• Open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs.

Nice To Haves

• Already holding RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
