About The Position

Precious Care ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes in the Plainsboro area. The technician implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision and helps children build communication, social, behavioral, independence, and daily living skills. The role includes collecting data, documenting progress, collaborating with BCBAs and families, and supporting clients’ progress.

The position offers flexible scheduling, with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities. Candidates must be available at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours and have reliable transportation to client homes. The employer offers ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement, including support to pursue RBT certification.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliability and consistency in attending scheduled sessions.
• Patience, energy, and comfort working hands-on with children.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
• Sufficient English communication, reading, and writing skills to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with families and BCBAs.

Nice To Haves

• Existing RBT certification or experience; the posting says existing RBTs are an advantage.

Responsibilities
