About The Position

Precious Care ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes. The role focuses on helping clients communicate, build independence, and develop meaningful skills. The technician implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, teaches communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collects data, documents progress, and works closely with BCBAs and families. The position is hiring in Flemington, with clients matched near the employee’s home where possible. Applicants should be available at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours; flexible morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities are also mentioned. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliability and consistency in attending scheduled sessions.
• Patience, energy, and comfort working hands-on with children.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with families and BCBAs.

Nice To Haves

• Existing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or status.
• Bilingual Spanish ability.
