ABA Therapist/RBT Union - PM Case
About The Position
Precious Care ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes. The role supports children in developing communication, independence, and other life skills by implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Therapists work closely with BCBAs and families, collect data, document progress, and celebrate client achievements. The position offers flexible scheduling, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities, with clients matched near the employee’s home. The listing specifies availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.
Requirements
- Previous ABA experience.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.
- Reliability and consistency in attending scheduled sessions.
- Patience, energy, and comfort working hands-on with children.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes.
- Professionalism, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with families and BCBAs.
Nice To Haves
- Existing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
