About The Position

Precious Care ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes near Parsippany. The position focuses on helping clients communicate, build independence, and develop skills. Technicians implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, collect data, and document progress while working closely with BCBAs and families.

The role requires availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours. Flexible morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities are also described. Technicians receive ongoing supervision, feedback, mentorship, and clinical support, with opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement. The hourly rate is $20–$30, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability at least three days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliability and consistency in attending scheduled sessions.
• Patience, energy, and comfort working hands-on with children.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
• Sufficient English communication, reading, and writing skills to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with families and BCBAs.

• Existing RBT certification.
