About The Position

Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring part-time and full-time therapists to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and support families throughout Orange County. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training and weekly oversight from credentialed supervisors. The role offers flexible scheduling, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, 4–32 hours per week, and optional weekend hours. Staff working 30 or more hours per week qualify for full-time benefits. The position is performed in person, with sessions taking place in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. Therapists drive between locations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Energetic, reliable, and caring.
• Complete a Live Scan background check after a conditional offer; the cost is reimbursed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, driving to each location as needed.
• Teach language and communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports developed by a supervisor.
• Collect daily session data using a company tablet.
• Facilitate social-skills play dates.
• Work directly with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community.
