About The Position

Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring part-time and full-time therapists to provide ABA therapy to children of all ages throughout Orange County. Therapists conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, traveling between locations as needed. The work involves teaching communication, social, self-help, and play skills; implementing positive behavioral supports designed by a supervisor; collecting session data; facilitating social-skills play dates; and working with families to support learning at home and in the community.

No prior experience is necessary. The employer provides comprehensive paid training, weekly oversight from credentialed supervisors, and RBT certification training at no cost. Schedules are flexible, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM for 4–32 hours per week and optional weekend hours. Staff working 30 or more hours per week qualify for full-time benefits. The position is in person and serves families in Orange County, including Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Orange, and Santa Ana.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Be energetic, reliable, and caring.
• Complete a Live Scan background check after a conditional offer; the cost is reimbursed.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, driving to each location as needed.
• Teach language and communication, social, self-help, and play skills.

• Collect daily session data using a company tablet.
• Facilitate social-skills play dates.
• Work with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community.
