About The Position

Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring part-time and full-time therapists to provide ABA therapy to children of all ages throughout Orange County. Therapists conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, traveling between locations as needed. The role offers flexible scheduling, with availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, 4–32 hours per week, and optional weekend hours. No prior experience is required; comprehensive paid training and weekly oversight from credentialed supervisors are provided. Staff working 30 or more hours per week qualify for full-time benefits. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and education.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Be energetic, reliable, and caring.
Complete a Live Scan background check after a conditional offer; the cost is reimbursed.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability in Spanish or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community locations, driving to each location as needed.
Teach language and communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
Implement positive behavioral supports developed by a supervisor.
Collect daily session data using a company tablet.
Facilitate social-skills play dates.
Work with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community.
