About The Position

Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring part-time and full-time therapists to provide ABA therapy to children and families throughout Orange County. Therapists receive paid training and weekly oversight from credentialed supervisors. The position offers flexible scheduling, with availability from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, 4–32 hours per week, and optional weekend hours. Staff working 30 or more hours per week qualify for full-time benefits. The pay rate is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and education.

Therapists conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, traveling between locations as needed. They teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills; implement positive behavioral supports developed by a supervisor; collect session data using a company device; facilitate social-skills play dates; and work with families to support learning at home and in the community.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Be energetic, reliable, and caring.
• Complete a Live Scan background check after a conditional offer; the cost is reimbursed.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate social-skills play dates.
