About The Position

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to provide direct support to children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and improving quality of life. The position begins part-time, with the possibility of expanding to full-time hours depending on center needs and employee availability. A minimum of 15–20 hours per week is required, including at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and education. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress and guide next steps.
• Use structured activities and interactive approaches to foster client learning and growth.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
• Follow HIPAA requirements, mandated reporting obligations, and company policies.
