About The Position

Sage Connections is hiring a W-2 Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 support to an elementary student in an onsite school setting. The role is associated with the 2026–2027 school year, with dates listed as ASAP through May 2026. The schedule is Monday through Friday, for 30–37.5 hours per week, starting at fewer hours and increasing to 37.5 hours. The Behavior Technician will assist the student with daily living activities and support their participation, safety, independence, and dignity at school. The role includes following care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams, documenting services and sharing observations, and collaborating with educators, therapists, and nurses. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, or a bachelor’s degree and 24 semester credits in a human services field.

One year of experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
