About The Position

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring caring, dedicated Behavior Interventionists to support children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. The role provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services one-on-one in home, school, and community settings, helping clients build communication, social, and self-help skills in collaboration with a supportive clinical team. The position begins part-time at 15–20 hours per week, with an opportunity to grow into full-time hours depending on center needs and the candidate’s availability. Hiring is throughout Los Angeles County.

Requirements

• High school diploma (required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
