Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Clinical & Administrative Support Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics BT Managers for performance and operational support BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing Learning & Advancement Internal CEUs and virtual trainings Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required

Nice To Haves

  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative support.
  • Utilize hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
  • Engage in case consultation and guidance with Clinical Supervisors.
  • Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
  • Work with Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
  • Support BT Managers for performance and operational support.
  • Participate in or lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing with BT Trainers.
