About The Position

Devereux Florida is seeking a compassionate Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide critical intervention to adolescents and adults with severe emotional and behavioral health needs. This role involves developing and implementing clients' master treatment plans, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to review treatment and goals, and assessing progress and future needs. The Behavior Analyst will oversee the assessment and discharge planning process, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors, teaching functionally equivalent responses, and improving functional communication.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis required
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst required
• 1+ years experience developing and performing behavioral assessments and evaluating individual or unit wide programs required
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to commit to a two-week, paid new hire orientation class (hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday)
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test
• Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida

• Experience working with children and adolescent populations preferred
