About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every client has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Riverview, FL! This role offers a primarily clinic-based setting for collaboration and consistency, with one work-from-home day per week after completing initial requirements. The position emphasizes quality care with an average of just 5 clients per BCBA and 20% dedicated supervision time. Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.

Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
