About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Riverview, FL! This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on quality care with an average of just 5 clients per BCBA, and 20% dedicated supervision time. The position is primarily clinic-based for collaboration and consistency, with one work-from-home day per week after completing initial requirements. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekend work ever. Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCBA.
Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
One year of experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP and Vineland).
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans for home, community, and center settings.
Train, support, and supervise the RBT team.
Lead parent training sessions.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers.
Assist with other team needs to ensure success.
